Is it good to buy a land near at cemetery for building house in future? Please give your suggestion.

I'm sure its fine at least in the US no one cares but in India, this could be tricky. Some people don't want to live nearby and if you plan to sell, you may have some problems.

Agree. Imagine when you have children, they will see many dead people when looking outside and sitting on the front of the house.

It doesn't which place you are from, It is not suggested as there will be foul smell coming from it. Also it is disturbing to see people dying everyday.

@Sarfaraj, it depends on the cost of the land and in which city. In non metropoliten cities there might not be many people visiting graveyard on daily basis. I know few people who are staying in apartments which was built on old graveyards and they dont care. Also it depends on neighbourhood, if yours is the only house nearby and rest are commercial places or there are full of houses nearby. Also on own family preferences.

@Sarfaraj, although there is no issue but as per below comments you should think about children, There should be some burial activities in the graveyard which can impact on them.

Hello everyone thanks for your suggestion. It is a Muslim graveyard and It has a boundary wall. But your point is also valid.
