I am trying to convert vs-2022 code into a dll in vs-2015.

I copied the code from vs-2022 and pasted in vs-2015 and added necessary packages mostly i have added reference but most errors are coming from windows.win32.foundation. but this namespace is automaically generated in vs-2022. how to add them in vs-2015?
