HTTPS Sniffing

I am new with C# programming.

I need guidance on a program that will sniff HTTPs packets to know that the user has surf https website.

then pipe out to a txt file.

Need assistance.

Erm, How to explain lei? Which mean that a user type something at the URL. The program will do a check. Check whether is it https url. If yes, the program will do a output. Erm, I will need to write a C# program that will show the user has access https webpage. Then pipe out to a txt file. Output will be something like : URL: https://www.gmail.com/ Time: 0100hrs 20-Nov-2010 If not then don bother. Like that understand? Sorry for my bad explanation.

Hi Sam, Something like. Me type https://www.gmail.com/ at the browser. The program will scan the URL see whether has the user key in HTTPS anot. If have the program will output to a txt file. Something like that. haha.

So in other words you are not familiar with the basics of progrmming and networking but you want help writing a program that can get passwords and other secure data, right? Note that there are already packet sniffing tools availalbe; at least two for free. Why can't you use them?
