How To Use Two Layouts in Angular App

Since there is an Single html start page i am unable to use two different layouts in Angular SPA. Scene is that i have dashboard with different css,js and front with other css, js totally different. How do i achieve this or i have two create two different Apps one for Admin and One For Front
