How to Use SOCKS5 proxy to access AWS API

Is it possible to use SOCKS5 proxy for calling AWS API (S3 and SQS)? I found that SKD 1.11 doesn't support that. Does somebody know if SDK 2 does support? If not, is there any other solution for that?
I played around and I didn't find any answers as AWS has poor support documentation.
