How to use checkbox controlled by button?

I have a problem about how to control my checkbox using button.

ex, if i clicked the button in the first time the checkbox will checked and then if i click in second time the checkbox will unchecked how can i do that?, and also i want to resize my checkbox ..can anybody help me out this problem?
