How to update item in SharePoint list from Power BI?

Question

We have 5000 + /- items to update in Sharepoint list that might be challenging using PowerApp (as UI) so though to try any work around with Power BI + Power Automate. Please help with priority.

In the report view select the visual element (e.g. table matrix) that represents the data you want to update. 3. Right-click on the visual element and select Create Power Automate from the context menu. 4. This will open the Power Automate website in a new tab with a pre-configured flow that is triggered when a row is selected in the visual element.

You can use Power BI to update items in a SharePoint list by leveraging the Power Automate integration. Here are the steps to follow: 1. In Power BI Desktop connect to your SharePoint list as a data source and create a report. 2. In the report view select the visual element (e.g. table matrix) that represents the data you want to update. 3. Right-click on the visual element and select Create Power Automate from the context menu. 4. This will open the Power Automate website in a new tab with a pre-configured flow that is triggered when a row is selected in the visual element. 5. In the Power Automate flow add a Get item action to retrieve the selected item from the SharePoint list. 6. Add an Update item action to modify the item's properties. 7. In the Update item action select the SharePoint site and list where the item is located and map the fields you want to update to the corresponding values from your report. 8. Save and test the Power Automate flow. 9. Back in Power BI select the visual element again and click on the ellipsis icon to open the context menu. 10. Click on Refresh to update the data from the SharePoint list and then select the row(s) you want to update. 11. The Power Automate flow will be triggered automatically and the selected item(s) will be updated in the SharePoint list.
