How to transfer visual studio 2015 project and SQL Dbase2014

Hello everyone, Please I need a quick solution to this problem. I got a new laptop and I have a c# programming and SQL Server database 2014 project am currently working on using Visual Studio 2015. Please how do I copy/ transfer the project and database into the new system successfully without data loss or corruption. Pls note that I have installed Visual Studio 2015 and SQL Server 2014 in the new system. Thank you for your usual cooperation.
