How to Solve Desktop icon problem

I installed windows 7 Ultimate on my pc. The problem is:
 
when I click on any icon on desktop the messagebox show me running to delete the icon to recycle bin. I cannot deny with NO Only click YES then the icon if remove to Recycle bin. In other file or folder is happen in the same case.
 
Any where to solve this problem, Please tell me
