how to show from a webpage to another webpage by slow motion?

i saw www.c-sharpcorner/awards.asps page ...if i click from awards.aspx page to another page(thats may be prizes.aspx or judges.aspx page or any page in this site ...then it show from one page to another page display formate is different ........authors or guyes ..i want to know how to create that type of display ... i will wait for ur ans....
