How to setup TFS for my project

i have project which i want to attach to TFS but i am not familiar with TFS.

so guide me with easy steps what to do. i have installed TFS in server pc. now how could i add my project to TFS and also how other people can work on those source code.

give me guidance for beginner like me who never use TFS or any other source control. i am just bit familiar with GitHub.
