How to set the background color change automatically.

Hi all,

I have created the ToolStripMenuItem in the windows form and set the background color in the background process.

I checked the condition like this in the thread, it automatically runs in the background.

if(Condition == true)

ToolStripMenuItem.BackColor = Color.Green;

else

ToolStripMenuItem.BackColor = Color.Red;

It change the color when I hover the mouse on it. But, I want to automatically change the Bg color.

If anybody have idea, please share it.

Why you want to run the color change for this ToolStripMenuItem in background process? You can set the color change thing in the Windows Form load right? Even if you change it at the background it will not reflect in the menu. Its better to implement the change color change functionality in any event function. Thanks Devarajan sir, Sorry for my explanation, I didn't gave this condition in its own properties. I mentioned it in the common method. Because, I need this method running always in the application as the background process. Thanks.

Could you please clearly mention in which scenario does the ToolStripMenuItem Back Color should be changed? On Hover or On Click or On load of the windows form itself? You have set the If condition to change the back color automatically but it has to be given in some event like On Click or On Load or On Hover functions only then the color will be set automatically.
