How to save/export entire datagridview into worddocument-C#?

Question

How to save/export entire datagridview into a word document using Microsoft. Office. Interop. Word (C#)(Assembly : Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.dll) ? I have tried and achieved it using Spire DLL but the Spire.Doc.dll has some limitations while Wrting or Reading the document to overcome this limitaions i ahve planned to switch from Spire.Doc.dll to the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.dll . so please help me .

First create excel of that datagridview data & then convert it in word.

All exported Datagridview contenet is getting merged in a single place (getting merged with each other) is there way to save them in a well organised way (recently exported table below the previously exported table) ? Every time it exports the DataGridView as a new word document , i want to keeps on adding the DataGridView into the same Word document and also how to add/append the text right above the table in document? I have attached the doc for your reference please have a look.
