How to run a service on Local System Account.

Hi
I have developed a windows Application  using COM + .I have register Com+ application on Local System.Now the Problem is that when Install Com+ Application  another  System.the Property of COM+ Application" Local service-Bulit-in service account" by default check. I want  to  checked by default property" Local system-Complete access to Local Machine" When I install Com+ Application  another System.
