how to reduce image size in asp.net

hi!
i take thumbnail,photo columns to my datagrid. i insert a thumbnail into thumbnail column that image size is 35*25 and
photo size is 100*100. this size image is saved in my project directory. in my project folder images size are displyed like above sizes.
how can it solve this. give a code. plz help me very urgent.
