How To Read Text Value From Dynamic Html Table

i am filling data from data base and its not necessary to use dynamic table. OK will can you tell me how to read the value from grid view

from where you are filling data into that table and is it nessasory to use HTML table because if you are filling datafrom database then better to use GriDview with it :) let me know i will help you :)
