How to put a header on top of chart area in silver toolkit charts

Hi I want a header similar to the one shown in the image on top of chart.The header items KWh and DOLLARS are clickable controls.I am using silverlight 3 toolkit for plotting the charts.Please provide some code excerpts if possible.
