How to normolize the database by 5 state of normalization?

I mean I know about normalization forms in sql server but I didn't exactly know how to use this forms in my database and I need some examples to figure out this completely, please guide me.

Well this is my post that I have explained you before. I mean I have a BANK'S E/R schema and I have 2 queries which I have problem related to solving these queries please guide me to solve the queries. 1: displaying the number and address of branches that have given loan for all of their customers. 2: displaying the name and address of bank that all of their branches have given 10 loans.

Hi, Joe 1st : n ormalization is a process to organize the data into tabular format and n ormalization reduces the data redundancy and inconsistent data dependency. and secondly 5th Normal form is saying 1.
