How to move MNC from small scale companies?

Hi friends, I have 2+ years Experience in VB 6.0 and SQL server.I also studying .net framework.Now i like to switch from small scale to Multi National Companies.Anyone give the advice what are the skill set i want to improve and interview Questions in C# and SQL.Send any links of good tutorial. thanks in advance

Hello Subash, I would suggest join a course at your place and do a project( if the institute helps you in doing a project) that would be nice. self-learningis always good, and you will have to do when you grow in your career - as you would want to be on top on all latest technologies As you have very little knowledge on -.NET and C# I highly recommend, Please take up the course first. We go to school when we are smalland take guidance from teachers, itssome thing similar.
