How to move a document from SharePoint 2016 document library

Question

I have a scenario where user will add new document in to SharePoint 2016 document library once document been uploaded automatically the same document copy should be added in SharePoint 2010 document library. example: SP2010: http://domainA:100/sites/nagarajan SP2016: http://domainB:200/sites/users

through code or any scripting is possible to achieve this please let me know.

This can be achieved by either of the following - Event Receiver: This will be a server side solution and will involve basic deployments Workflows This is the most favourable approach. SharePoint Designer, Nintex and K2 can handle this scenario. SPD is free, but the others are not PowerShell and Task Scheduler Schedule a PowerShell script to look for any new item creation in the list. Then identify the new item(s), download its document/attachment and then move the file to your desired location. This is a cumbersome process though. Hi Nagarajan, You could add a event receiver on that docuemnt library in SP 2016, & you can use SP 2010 asmx webservice to copy the file in to the SP 2010 library.
