How to modify the Volume of Windows ?

Is there functions in C# to modify the volume of Windows ? i want to modify the volume of: master, wave, midi, cd-audio, ... If no, is there functions of the Win32 API like mixerXXX or waveOut... (but these functions are not able not to modify the volume of the Cd-audio... ) thank you Merlin Tintin
