How to make circle audio spectrum?

Hello I want to make a sound equalizer I found sample jquery codes about it. I want to put another picture instead of the picture there.for this I converted the gif file to svg but I couldn't do it.I want the sound and picture to be synchronized.what should I do? I can't put the sample sound equalizer example I found the site doesn't allow it.thanks

Hello how can I show you the example? I can't put code here I can't add links I can't send you a message :( thank you for the example you gave but what I am looking for is not a bar image but a circular image the example I found has a circular gif but I couldn't change the gif file if you type circular-audio-wave in google you can reach kelvinau/circular-audio-wave github example. And again if you type energy ball shines brightly in google there are many images but there is no gif file I found the gif file of one of them but I couldn't add it neither to your example nor to mine. In short I want to synchronize one of the energy ball shines brightly images with sound and visual and I want to play a sound the visual will react to the sound I hope I can explain my problem thank you very much in advance. Since I don't have as much script knowledge as you is there any way to easily add an existing gif file? Can I convert it to sample svg code I've been struggling with this for a week I recently found a video on youtube titled How to Create a 3D Audio Visualizer Using Three.js. I want to install visual studio tree.js but I couldn't do it the room didn't work they gave the source code in the video but it didn't work. I searched for the jsfiddle example and I couldn't find it either.
