How to link navigation button in .net?

Hi 

I have one Background Navigation bar in png-file which have seven button to navigation a website.

The Navigationbar import from Css in this way

background: ('../Images/navigationbar.png')

MasterPage and sitemap are use to navigation for.


Please inform me How to link each navigations button for my tigrina lexikon- http://www.seglelet.com ???? ???? ???

I have not see any yet demo or example to navigate by one background navigation bar with many button.
