How to keep yourself motivated to get a good job??

How I keep myself motivated to keep learning after a full-time job.so that I get a better job. If I myself stuck in not a challenging environment of learning, how can I prepare myself to move for another job and how I keep myself to continue learning.

Hi Priyanka, First of all thanks for asking this question. I think this is a generic question for all developer, as we are doing full time job 9-6 or even more hour don't get enough time to learn Right ? Yes !! But thier is a saying if you have any wish their is definitly a way. So what i baisically do everyday I try to give minimum 1 hr from my daily schdule for learning. Let me give you one example, suppose i plan to learn Angular then i will decided that i will give every day 1 hr to learn angular and like this way you don't belive how the things complete easily, which then feels you more confident and more motivated to learn more. That's how i tried to do my self. Hope this will help you, after all everything is our own mindset choice of what to do or what not. Right ? Again their is a saying, "We learn becasuse we motivated, we motivated so we learn" Thanks, Suryakant.
