How to Insert Urdu Language Using Dataset Insertion c#

Hi i tired to insert data in urdu language using dataset insertion but its showing ??? in Table Narration column. The field datatype is Nvarchar. Here is the code that i am trying to insert Here is the dataset Here is the parameters What i am missing?.. This process still showing ????? when trying to insert urdu language in Narration column.
