How to insert data If identity insert is already ON for table

Hi Team, I need to insert rows in table but for that table identity insert in ON then how to insert data in table. If identity insert is ON then data will directly insert in table and if identity is OFF then need to identity ON . Kindly suggest how will write query. Thank you
