How to increase response time at azure portal

Question

Hello Team, I develop a project in asp.net mvc and deploy it on azure portal when i uploading any file from localhost it work properlly but when i upload it from server then its showing error "The web server failed to respond within the specified time". So Please tell me how to increase response time at azure portal .

Login to Azure portal Slow server operation: Application Insights collects performance details for the different operations in your application. By identifying those operations with the longest duration, you can diagnose potential problems or best target your ongoing development to improve the overall performance of the application. 1.Select Application Insights and then select your subscription. 2.To open the Performance panel either select Performance under the Investigate menu or click the Server Response Time graph.

Hi Sudheer, You'll want to enable the "Always On" setting for your web app. You can do that from portal.azure.com -> your site's blade -> All Settings -> Application Settings -> Always On See here for details: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/web-sites-configure/ When Always On is disabled, after 20 minutes of inactivity the site gets taken down in order to free up resources for any other sites that might be running on the same App Service Plan.

Hi Sudheer, You can edit / increase response time for your deployed module through azure portal. Azure website, go to Portal, select your site, CONFIGURE tab and add an AppSettings SCM_COMMAND_IDLE_TIMEOUT to say 3600 (this is in sec - so it is an hour etc.).
