I work on .net core and I working as team leader for team contain for 5 persons

so How to increase productivity of team of peoples to give high working on quality and spped working ?

so what i do to enhance production of team

This is a great question and great initiative. I think more team leaders need to do this. I think first thing start with making sure team is bought in, believes in, and understand the big picture. Productivitiy is not about pushing people but they should believe in what they are building. Find what motivates your team? Once you find these answers from them, that will help boost productivity. Other thing you need to think is, members should be thinking that they are growing and learning new things. Let team members learn new things and have them share with others. Having productivity tools like Agile boards with tasks and putting story points etc. help as well. Reward members who finish before time. Having a monthly top member also helps but I'm not sure how feasible it is to do. I know in one company, the same person keep winning it and it didn't motivate others. Hope these points help!
