depends on your query and number of records and etc....... if you are dealing with large amount of data and you are focused on the BI world, check 1- INNER LOOP JOIN 2- CheckSum MD5 good luck

You can use SQL Indexes, to retrieve large amount of data in shorter time. Example: Create INDEX index on TABLE column where index name of the Index, and TABLE is the name of the table on which the index is created and column name on which it is applied.
