i am working in a startup company since 7 months i just taking reference of code and doing copy and paste. i am understanding the code flow but how to get knowledge by doing copy and paste and how i can learn self coding i know i can do in my own style but how can i improve my knowledge to become good coder. pls Any Advices. is it same for all companies??????????
