How to implement Document Preview in SharePoint 2013 Search

Folks, Need a crisp idea in implementing the document preview (powerpoint, word, excel, pdf etc.. ) in sharepoint 2013 Search. I have referred the below articles. Please point out the correct way and guide me through, 1. You will get previews(in search and in library) from a connected OWA farm. OWA has to be on a dedicated server where SharePoint is not installed.
