How to get round figure minutes in JavaScript?

Hi, 
 
I need to add round figure 15 minutes in current date time.
 
i.e. current DateTime : 03:24 PM.  I need 03:30 PM.
 
      current DateTime : 03:36 PM.  I need 03:45 PM.
