how to get online/offline mode Users in UserTable

Hello Everyone, I am new to this programming Language..I am developing a System that can get the online and offline mode of users in User Table upon entering and sign-out which can trace the users time, days and months ago history..Anyone Can you help me to get on this as I appreciate your help on my project Thanks.
