Hi Currently the only certification available for .NET developers is the AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate certification . In the past there were a couple of other certifications such as MCTS  but those have since expired. On top of above comments I will suggest you can do .NET curses from Microsoft learn LinkedIn Learn Coursera etc. You can earn certificates and badges from them. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/dotnet/ You can earn badges for each course.
