How to get data from database in org chart node ?

Using https://github.com/dabeng/OrgChart how to get data from database so that chart will display data as showed in attached screenshot and the chart should also work without internet. by using Google Organizational Chart API packages and drawChart method in the Google chart the Chart is not working without internet. Please provide some solution to this problem.
