How to generate a link with expiry time in MVC c#

Question

I have an application which is of type survey for users , I want to create survey forms with 10-12 questions and i want to enable this survey for specific dates so that user can fill it out for specific dates like from 22-10-2020 to 25-10-2020 , is there any example or reference link available. thanks in advance
