How to encrypt string uisng MD5 algorithm with checksum

Hi, I want to encrypt a sting in md5 with chechsum value (asp.net c#). please help me.

MD5 does not provide encryption. It's not a cypher it's hash function. This means that MD5 calculates checksum. So @Salman Beg's answer is correct
