How to edit image to have rounded corners

Question

Hi I have a aspx page, which have asp.net upload control, I tried to upload the images to the server with original size.
After save to the server, I also resize the image to smaller size (thumbnail)
Is there anyway to edit the thumbnail image to have rounded corners??

Thanks for your help , but actually I want to edit the thumbnail image to have the round corner on the image itself, so later I will only need to display the image normally This is one of the references http://forums.asp.net/p/942160/1130380.aspx The above link only read the images, and display, without change the source image ... and i need to change the source images also :D

I think this you can do by applying style or using css. as i know this round corners are possible by keeping transperent background.
