How to disable inspect F12, Ctrl + P using javascript,JQuery

Question

i want to disable F12 key, Ctrl + P, or any other key board short cut for my security of pdf data, and also disable any way to download. inshort any how i want to disable to all thing whose use to download or print pdf ,, is this possible ??? Encrypt-Decrypt any way to give me some idea logic quick its urgent

@Sagarji this is not perfect solution... jab mai dusri koi site kholke inspect open rakh kar wo script ka url paste karta hu to inspect open hi rahta he. muje wo bandh karna hai. Example: ek hi browser me ek tab me google open kiya or dusre tab me wo apka diya huva script use karke pdf dala wo open kiya, no doubt jis me mene pdf open kiya he usme inspect nahi hota . magar jis me mene google open kiya huva he usme inspect open kar ke wo pdf wala url copy kar ke is google vale url me dalta hu to inspect aise hi open rahega uska koi matalab nahi he...... Dusra koi solution batao please
