How to Deploy the Webapplication after get drop file from Artifact ?

 Hi All , 

how to deploy the webapplication after deployed file generated from  Artifact. the file form in drop zip file. 

I have  tried to  implemented CI/CD Concepts. I am new to the ci/cd. if anyone have clear idea about it . Can you give some sample of it .
