How to create zip file using presigned url(s3 URL) files

I am trying to convert multiple s3 url files to ZIP file but there is getting error like the below one, I have s3 url and it's working If I paste into browser but here they said incorrect filename,directory or volume label. They are finding file into my project but it is on s3 URL.
