How to create .xe for a WinForm Application using sqllite

Hello everyone, well i developed a Windows Form application that uses a database sqlite3, and now i need to create the .exe file for my application .So how can i do this? any idea please and thank you everyone.
PS: I don't want to take all the debug folder to another machine to execute my app, all i want is to create an executable from it :)
