How to create DPL(datamax printer languge) file using XML ?

I want to create an DPL file using XML & DTD. DPL is a printer language which contains commands to print bar-code label. 
for e.g. 181100200200020Part No. is the command which print the text part no. i want to generate these commands using XML & DTD without writing the actual command in XML.
