By creating two or more dataset ..you can achive multiple tables in report.. visit this link:: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/009464/how-to-use-crystal-report-in-Asp-Net-using-C-Sharp/ at certain point they create dataset and link that table with datasource.. like that you create another dataset and asign the datasource you want ... then create three table format(which you give in ur question) in crystal report ..then drag and drop the data fields from dataset.... concentrate on this image fields ...youll get ur expected result
