how to count total folder count from website folder

Hello All, I have requirement like "I need to get total folder count from the Website URL. Case 1 : Once hit website URL (sharepoint URL) in that users upload folder and I need that uploaded folders count only Main folder count not the insite the subfolder or files. Case 2 : I need read main folder names which users uploaded folders after hitting the sharepoint website. Please help us. Thanks Anand

_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('libraryName')/rootFolder/Folders replace your libraryName with your actual library.
