how to connect ADMINLTE dashboard To database Using Webform

Good day Everyone, i am currently working on my final year program which is a loan using c# webform application .for a while now i have been trying to connect  my dashboard to my database but i cant, i havent seen any tutorial on that what i see is for mvc. please i need how to connect my dashboard to my database.
