How to check the date for three days before

Hi, in my project Reporing Manager will intiate training date for employees. He should be able to intiate training three days before. EG: I need to take training for todays date i.e. 4th June 2015 so i need to intiate three days before i.e. 1st June 2015 How to do this in c#? Plaease help

Before inserting i need to check the date like if (prfdate = 8-06-2015) [If i want training today and intiating the date it should display message] { it should display message like Please intiate training before three days. } if (prfdate = 11-06-2015) [ If i want training on 11th june and intiating the today it should accept] { Should accept } How to check this condition?
