How to call stored procedure in EF ADO.NET with DB Firsrt

Hi All, You all are doing well. I am new to ASP.NET MVC, I want call stored procedure using Entity Framework ADO.NET with Database First approach. Please give a solution for stored procedure with EF with DB first approach. Thanks & Regards Dilshad Ashraf

Hi. The return type of ExecuteSqlCommand is int as per this article (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.data.entity.database.executesqlcommand?view=entity-framework-6.2.0). So it will return always int only. It is not possible to return list data by using ExecuteSqlCommand. But if you want to call stored procedure using EF then follow below articles. Thanks.
