How to best way create simple and attractive website?

I'm here new in the programming field, so I want to create a simple and attractive website for knowledge,

So can anyone plz tell me with asp.net which more languages be needed for creating/developing my website??????????

Write down the name and if possible they small explain to me which languages especially use which specific module/module part to design or use.........?

There are two parts of a web app or website UI and backend (Asp.Net with SQL server etc) 1. User Interface Html, CSS, and Jquery are the backbones. For an attractive website, you need to have a great knowledge of CSS. We, the Web developer (not a web designer) have less time and of course, we don't have that much experience in web designing, so we use third-party libraries, frameworks, and plugins like bootstrap, jquery plugins like datepicker, datatable, etc. 2. Bootstrap:- if you use bootstrap for designing then your website will look very similar to every other website built with bootstrap. so, you need to learn Saas, so that you could override the bootstrap colors, fonts, elements, etc. you can use Koala to compile the saas into CSS, I use Koala so I said so, there are many others as well.

Hi, Sachin bro Thanks for the opinions, you have any simple and effective template of any of your dump/demo websites then plz share with me this is very very useful for me if it's too developed on asp.net. you can share your site screenshots of every module and GIF of the live working module website or you can suggest to me any site or website which are live on the internet.
