How to avoid browsers blocking popups when using window.open

Hi,
 
I am using javascript window.open  in asp.net c# code behind. how to avoid browsers to blocks popups.
 
I try to use button OnClientClick property it will work. but I want to call after onclick method 
 
Please help me out.
